Soon as it got hooked up, it had a code of E1 02. I had no idea of what it meant but when I looked in the manual, it had states the circle detection board has malfunctioned. I will be calling customer support in a few for a replacement or my money back!!!

I can't give a review about the chair. It's still in the box. It was not assembled as promised by a rep overseas.

Gave them 48 hrs call back grace period. No one called, I had to call back. They said they didn’t do Sunday troubleshoot. Finally someone is going to be back to set up the chair on May 15… three weeks after original purchase.
