Rushed and disorderly

As noted in my washer review, the installation of our LG washer was less than satisfactory. The delivery as fine but the installation was rushed and disorderly. When installing the hoses on the machine, the tech/rep jammed them against the wall and left them sticking out everywhere as compared to how the previous washer was installed. Also, the washer had a slight wobble when he ran the test cycle and when I asked about this I was told it was ok to wobble that amount, even though the previous washer did not. I realize they have a time schedule but they couldn't get out of there quick enough. In hindsight I would have just had them deliver the machine and done the installation myself as I'll need to redo parts of it myself anyways.

Good replacement for Kenmore Elite we had.

Bought this to replace a 17 year old Kenmore Elite that would have cost too much to fix. This LG has been a good replacement in terms of capacity and features. So far has been without issues though we bought the service plan just to be sure it's worry free for a good while. Our only issue was the installation service was very rushed and the hoses were crammed against the wall and sticking out everywhere as compared to how I installed the Kenmore previously.

Bought to replace our Panasonic Blu-Ray player so we could play 4K because the Panasonic we wanted was much more expensive. As it turns out, you get what you pay for. Cheap build and overall works well with Blu-Ray but has some issues with 4k content. About 3/4 way into Independence Day 2 it began skipping and freezing. Made sure software was up to date...same issue. Ended up watching on X-Box One with no issues. (X-Box One, however, does not have great audio output options.)
