Made an appt to go in the store but rec'd a text that it was cancelled . No reason was given. Then rec'd voice mail that we didn't say what the appointment was for therefore they didn't know what associate to assign us to. Said to call and let them know. Called numerous times and no-one would answer the phone. Appt was made with an associate when we went to the store and were informed we had to make an appt. They asked at that time for what product and we told them a TV. f
