Love the Fire Stick

I had one fire stick, but bought another one. Best Buy was offering it at a great price, and it was well worth it. I like the Fire Stick because it is easily moved from one TV to another, and it is so easy to pack when traveling.

Will this help with Firestick when trying to watch movies on Amazon.. buffering
I only had a fair wifi signal upstairs. Therefore, I put the extender upstairs, and I now have a strong wifi signal. A Fire Stick needs a good wifi signal in order to stream without buffering. I can now stream with no buffering with the extender. Therefore, the answer to your question is yes, it will help.

Will this enable me to watch Fox Nation on my Samsung smart tv?
I do not know if the app is already on your Smart TV. If not, you need to download the app. If you have already subscribed to Fox Nation, you will be to watch it on your TV. If you have not subscribed, you will need to before you can watch it. They did have a free trial for Fox Nation. I am not sure if the free trial is still available.
