I love this fire stick. I bought one without the ability to control the volume. That's why I appreciate this upgraded version with the benefit of controlling the volume.
The back case to hold the batteries is not the best quality. I have 4 remote controls and all of the backs are off after numerous attempts to put it back on. That's not a deal breaker to me because the batteries are able to remain in the device without the case and the remote is still functional.
I would definitely purchase this version again.

Issues with volume

I purchased this phone for my son about 2 years ago. I had it repaired because there were issues with the volume. They repaired it, but we are still having issues.
I thought there may have been some issues because it was an I phone 7 ( older model at the time of purchase). However, I bought my other son an I phone 6, and his phone is working perfectly fine.
It's a hit or miss with purchasing older modeled phones. They may tell you it's never been used, but I am not sure about that based on my son's experience with his I phone 7.
