This model is the worst Fitbit I've ever had. They rushed it in order to compete with Apple, and the software glitched out after a couple months. Fitbit seems to be so sick of hearing this that they told they'll replace it with a used one and to just throw away or recycle the old one. They know customers aren't happy with this product. Such a waste of money.
