Cleans pet spots

It does clean really well despite the Bissell shampooer I purchased not spreading it evenly. But when it does reach the carpet all stains were gone. Even a food/drink carpet stain that had been lingering for month. I did dab this cleaner directly on the stains before also using it with the shampooer.

It works ok but I don’t like it. It is easy to maneuver but it doesn’t offer a steady and even row of cleaning. The solution and water spurts out sporadically leaving you having to go over the same area repeatedly. It held the water well. The handle does lean back for easier pushing. It also left clumps of dirt in its track. I cleaned every piece of it after use and left to dry for good maintenance and upkeep but I’ve only used it once and dread using it again but it’s too late to return even though I’m a total tech member. I can’t honestly recommend this version of Bissell as I now wish I would’ve gone with a different option that comes with connecting tools for cleaning upholstery or stairs.

The battery life is only 79%, it gets extremely hot when charging and doesn’t stay charged for long even when the phone is not in use. I charged it overnight before Christmas since it was a gift and when the receiver opened it and turned it on the battery was in the red. It’s highly annoying that BestBuy is showing that they won’t give me a full refund claiming “battery charge” when the battery is the reason why I’m returning it. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this purchase.

Not for busy or active area

If you have busy foot or vehicle traffic area I do not recommend. Even at the lowest settings and battery save the battery still drains very quickly. While you can select to only be alerted for human and animal the camera still records all vehicle movements which drains battery faster. After setting “zone” areas I did not receive any more alerts and the camera did not record anything. I contacted Arlo tech who were not very helpful. If a car happens to past while a human is detected the camera records the car and no longer acknowledges the human present. The app is not very simple to use compared to ring, blink and a basic nanny camera app. I waited too long to return them and now I’m stuck unless I re-sell them. Otherwise it picks up sound really good and night vision is the only positive part about the camera.
