The installers ran into issues that is best left to the professionals especially when dealing with gas lines. The location of the connections were different on the old and new cook top. The connections for the old cook top were based upon housing codes that were in effect at the time that my home was built. The connections on the new cook tops are based upon current housing codes which created some issues that could have resulted in relocating the gas line and cutting into my cabinets. I highly recommend letting professionals handle these matters. I absolutely love my cook top and I have peace of mind that me and my family are safe when in use.

I highly recommend this service to anyone in the market to update their kitchen appliances especially if they are being retrofitted in with existing cabinetry. Site inspection staff measured all areas, thus giving me the necessary information to purchase appliances that will fit my cabinets. I ran into issues with the depth of new cook top as well as the connection location, site inspection staff were knowledgeable and were able to provide viable options as well as quotes (best & worst case scenarios). In the end, they resolved my issues at a cost much less than their quote.

Delivery mix-up

I was delivered an open box item although I paid for a new one. The delivery guys placed notes on my delivery and the correct refrigerator was delivered a week later. In the interim, I retained the open box refrigerator as a loaner. There was also a scheduling issue because the delivery truck broke down prior to making it to my house. I then changed my following appointment to accommodate the unforeseen event. Later they called and changed the time again which AGAIN caused a scheduling issue with the newly changed appointment following the delivery. Well, they arrived earlier and thanks to having the Ring doorbell, I was able to confirm that it was them since they left the porch area prior to me being able to answer the Ring doorbell. tried to call them back on the phone from which I received all my notifications that morning; but that was a miserable failure. What I DO NOT APPRECIATE is that the delivery guys’ telephones are not set up to receive messages from the very phone they use to call you and leave you messages. I’m glad that during my last conversation, I advised them that they may have to wait a few minutes for me as my appointment was in the area. I’m just glad it all worked out.

The refrigerator was a great purchase to complete my kitchen upgrade to stainless steel. The open door alarm is great; but to be honest, it takes quite a bit of time to activate. If ruining out of the house in a hurry, I could’ve been pulling in at work by the time the alarm notified me that the door was ajar. Also, the ice maker motor is somewhat noisy is you’re a light sleeper like me. Maybe I’ll get used to it. It does not seem to bother anyone else in the household. Other than that, I’m quite pleased with my purchase.

what is the door size clearance needed to fit this refrigerator through . I have two doorways sizes 30 and 31 1/2 inch and delivery guys said it wouldn't fit through.
