I love the design and paid the price for that upgraded one but it bugs quite often and it’s very annoying. The unit freezes sometimes and takes about 5’ to get back to normal and you can’t use it all during that time.

I picked that one to make sure it would hold my tv without risk of falling. Installation was a pain and eventually didn’t workout because it’s hardly adjustable. I switched for a smaller model that can adjust sideways when fixing on the wall.
