It seems cheaply made, but it does what it's supposed to do. I hooked it up to my Mac and it really messed up my ability to do things, so I can only use it when I'm not working on my computer. Don't know if this problem is just specific to me or if this is a common complaint.

We bought this for our teen-aged son. He enjoys it, but said that it does make him a bit dizzy/nauseous after using it for a while. I tried it on as well. It is really an unbelievable experience. I would like to let people know that, if you have sensitive skin, you may get a rash on your face (Which happened to me. Tried this at night and then woke with a rash the next morning.) I think this product may have a latex seal (and I'm allergic) so I'm guessing that's what did it. Just a warning to all...

I had purchased several Waterpik cordless flossers in the past. They have definitely made improvements! This one is much quieter and holds the charge a lot longer. The water chamber is a bit larger than the older versions, but it's a small price to pay for the improvement on functionality. I just wish it was a a cheaper price point (I did use some Best Buy rewards, so that helped a bit.) Highly recommend!
