Great game, no pre order bonus

I purchased this game with high hopes, and boy does it deliver. This game is fantastic and fun, being able to customize your pilots and ships is a great feature. The game play is fun, and has a learning curve to get use to. The game slowly goes through the different keys to use for what, so that is a plus. The graphics are beautiful, and the gameplay is smooth, with the fights being enticing and well thought, and the story moves smoothly and bounces you between playing the two factions.
Now for why I only gave 3 stars and will change to 5 once this is taken care of. I received no pre order bonus items, so I reached out to EA. It turns out there is a second code best buy has to send to be able to get the pre order items, and there is an issue where the code has not been sent. I was told by a rep that best buy is aware of the issue and working on it. I will update my review once I receive those items, as that was the point of getting it early. I had points to get the game at a cheaper rate, which is why I went through best buy instead of steam or origin. Maybe next time ill go directly through steam and use my points to get something else.

I had the regular buds and lost the right earbud, forcing me to have to shop around. I purchased these after doing some research and I am very pleased with the differences vs price. With these, you can use either earbud solo or together, while the other model can only use the right ear solo. Sound quality is better as well, and my wife and employees state they can hear me a lot clearer than before.
