This is a nice mouse. Responsive, the size is convenient. The cord length is good. The buttons are nice and clicky and it seems durable. My only problem is that the fabric outside the cord started fraying, but it has no impact on functionality.

I don't feel like this really added any value to my purchase. At the time it seems like the sales people were really pressuring me and they made it unclear what exactly the service was good for. Later I had questions and they were unhelpful.

It's alright I guess

Okay so I liked this computer, but the build is really cheap plastic. It cracks really easily. Also eventually the headphone jack started being weird. It has a really small memory so it could barely run the microsoft 365 that came with it. Ultimately I had to reinstall windows to make it work again when it got too full. Also comes with annoying bloat ware.
But it's cheap and convenient.
