Amazing except the eARC issue

love this tv the picture is so amazing! movies are excellent only issue i have is the eARC. i have my apple 4k tv and my PS5 plug in along with my Bose 900 Soundbar but after 2 weeks of having the TV the sound wont come out but will play the noise from me moving from one app to another but when i go to play a shoe/movie nuthing comes out i have to reset the tv and if that doesnt work i have to unplug every HDMI cable and start all over again it has happens several times but when it works its the best tv i have ever owned
