Physical card thats not activated

Got this card physical, which isnt a problem but it doesnt work. Online i get error code that it isnt activated, so i go to store and they cant help. Said i need to call corporate. Annoyed at the thought of loaing 50 dollars. Never has this experience in other retailers. Would not do again
