Great protection plan to have. I have most my appliances covered, as well as electronics. I've used it several times when my devices break. My only criticism, is that there are several items that aren't covered (GPU, Motherboard, CPU Coolers) and others not covered and Best Buy doesn't specifically state that on the product page.

Such a great keyboard. I love the fact that I can adjust the angles howver I want, whenever I want. The pain I've had with my wrists is going away using this keyboard. I love the fact that you can adjust the trigger points (I'm no FPS gamer), but allows me to adjust the typing experience how I want it. Quiet clicks too! I recommend only getting it on sale though, the MSRP is a bit steep.

Coming from an XPS 17 9710 UHD, this laptop is a great upgrade. Screen, weight, keyboard, and the Speakers! all amazing. I literally have no complaints about this machine. Doesn't run too hot while gaming either. Battery life is miles better than the XPS.

I've had this computer for a week or 2 now. Running fusion 360 with the processor at around 45% load causes it to shut down due to over temperature in a 65 degree room on a flat desk.... I have deleted hp support as suggested on many sites with no difference in performance. Limiting a processor to 60% shouldn't even be an option. If you are going to use a laptop for any 3D design work or even the lightest of gaming stay far away from this monstrosity! This is unacceptable for an 1800$ laptop.

I just purchased this to try out the OLED. Awesome display but you are right, this thing is boiling just doing basic tasks, not even anything heavy. What a shame.

I cleaned the phone thoroughly and installed the case per instructions. The adhesive on my unit is not strong at all. The thin strip just dangles. Going to try to exchange it and try again. If it weren't for that issue, the rest of the case feels great.

Heated up the adhesive slightly, it now sticks on the phone with no issues. I'd change the review but there is no way to change it.
