Terrible customer support from installers.

This review is for the service, not the product as I have not received the product yet.
I had Best Buy scheduled to deliver my new washer and dryer and haul away the old units. When the installer showed up he took one look at my hookups and said instantly that he could not use those. I asked him if he could start removing the old units and bringing in the new and I would have the hookups replaced in under an hour.
He refused. (BTW, going to the hardware store, buying the replacement hookups, returning home, and installing them took 50min, easily shorter time than it would have taken 1 guy to carry in 2 units and remove 2 units.)
I asked if he could just deliver the new units and I'll hook them up myself.
He refused.
When I spoke with the dispatcher about the incident they promised they could return on Tuesday (3 days later) and do the install then. They would not come back later in the day even though I had already replaced the hookups. The dispatcher said I had refused delivery when the installer offered to just leave the new units! I reluctantly agreed to Tuesday. Dispatch told me I would get an email later in the day and that is when my new service would be scheduled.
Later that day they told me it wouldn't be Tuesday as promised, it would be 2 weeks!
Horrible customer service, horrible delivery experience.
I will update this review when I actually get my washer and dryer, if they don't find another reason to refuse to deliver.

Great TV, however pretty bad glitching when used for gaming with VRR turned on.
Can't review this very well as a TV, the picture is great, built in Roku is nice.
As a gaming monitor the key features VRR and 120hz refresh are just bad. With a RTX 3070 GPU games look great and there is no lag, but when VRR is turned on there is some pretty bad flicker/distortion that lasts a fraction of a second at intervals ranging from every 30min in simple games to nearly constantly in demanding games. See screenshot.
Given the reviews, this should be a fantastic gaming screen, so maybe it's just my unit. I plan to exchange for another unit and will update review with results.
NOTE: Tested my PC on another TV and had no issues.

I'm incredibly picky about my mice. This one is the 2nd best I've ever used, and they don't make my favorite any more.
Weight is just right, glide is perfect, battery lasts forever and charging is ready. It's a great mouse.
One bad thing: this mouse does receive interference from other 2.4ghz signals. I bought this mouse at the same time as the black shark v2 wireless pro headset. The mouse is entirely unusable due to lag and stuttering when the headset is also in use. I had to use a USB extender cable to move the headset dongle far away from the mouse receiver to resolve.
If you're looking for the best mouse available today stop reading here, the rest of this review will just be me complaining that Razer discontinued the best mouse of all times.
The Razer Naga Hex: BEST. MOUSE. EVER. Why they discontinued it we'll never know. The hex now can only be found on eBay for $300+ and I still considered returning this mouse and buying the hex!
No one really needs 12 thumb buttons. 6 is perfect even for MMOs with hundreds of spells. 6 in a circle, well spaced is just sublime. No accidentally hitting the wrong one, no using your thumb to count 3rd row, 1st button... Idiotic.
2 or even 3 side buttons just isn't enough.
Advertising "8 programmable buttons" is deceptive, left and right click aren't "programmable" who rebinds left and right click?! I mean really!? Same with mouse wheel scrolling, that doesn't count. So now your down to 4 programmable buttons, the 2 on the side and the 2 that don't really exist. Who uses those 2 buttons under the scroll wheel between where your pointer and middle finger naturally lie? It's awkward to reach and you have to take your fingers off left or right click to do it.
Stick with the hex Razer! Bring it back! I don't want 12 cramped thumb buttons. I don't buy your "8 programmable buttons" lie. I want my wheel of programmable death and destruction to rain down horror on my enemies!
End rant.

I'm not an audiophile. That said, this is one of the best sounding headsets I've ever owned. Built in THX spatial audio has to be experienced to be believed. Bass could be better, but still packs a good punch. Not my first choice for purely listening to music, but now absolutely my go to for gaming.

Mic:
Far superior to old stick mics, bluetooth pinhole mics, or standard laptop built in mics. I do wish the mic arm was slightly longer (1-2cm) as positioning is limited. This mic does an excellent job of just picking up my voice and no other ambient noise. Even mostly ignores other choices in the room.

Comfort:
Excellent. Though I've never found an uncomfortable headset at this price point. One tiny detail: the ear cuffs adjustability could be slightly more "clicky" as they do have a tenancy to slip when taking them off/putting them on necessitating adjustment every time.

Bad stuff:
Battery life is fine, it will go an entire day on a full charge, but I'm taking off points because other headphones at this price have lasted me 2, sometimes 3 days on a charge with regular use. On the plus side they are still usable when plugged in and charging which is not always the case.
Wireless interference:
This one's big! I bought these at the same time as a wireless Razer mouse. The mouse was completely unusable for gaming due to stuttering and lag from interference. Had to use a USB extender to move the headphone wireless dongle far away from the mouse receiver to reduce the interference enough to be usable.

No ANC:
Wish it had active noise cancelling. At this price it really should. The passive is the best I've experienced, and I often miss hearing my phone ring on the desk beside my keyboard, or my wife walk up behind me, but active is just better.

A note on 2.4ghz vs bluetooth:
For those worrying what the difference is. Bluetooth does not have enough bandwidth to carry HD audio and microphone data simultaneously. On your phone it doesn't matter because your phone automatically switches audio profiles for when you're listening to music it taking a call. On a PC you can't have HD spatial audio in your game and use the mic to talk to your friends in team chat.
2.4ghz wireless has much better bandwidth and can carry HD audio and return HD mic simultaneously. You can have that beautiful full audio and still talk to your team. The downside being this won't connect to your phone.

Great 3xl replacement

Great replacement for my 3xl that died on me. Nearly the same size as my old 3xl but slightly narrower which makes it easier to hold and use one handed. I do miss wireless charging, but the smaller 5 just didn't seem like the right fit. Wish Google has made a 5xl. Here's hoping they eventually do!.

A few years ago I got my wife a stand mixer. She'd always wanted one. Instead of "OMG I LOVE IT" her first words were "It's not a KitchenAid". I didn't know the difference, I thought a stand mixer was a stand mixer. The old one worked, it mixed things, everything was fine for a few years until my wife decided to get into baking bread. I thought that thing was going to explode, or shake itself off the counter, or both!
Finally got her the KitchenAid she really always wanted, and MAN THE DIFFERENCE IS NIGHT AND DAY!! This thing is SOLID. It barely moves even on thick bread dough! It's construction is vastly superior to the other brand. The handle on the bowl, and the plastic shield are nice touches, but when we are talking about a $200 difference between the off brand and this, it really is the quality and construction that makes it worth it.
Summery: Stand mixers are all basically the same, this does it's job no better or worse than the cheap brand, but the quality of the construction makes it worth the extra expense.

Bought this TV for the kids. For a cheap TV this delivers everything I need and then some. Good picture, but noticably not what you'd expect from a premium model. Love the built in Roku. Kids love the easy access to the input ports. Sounds isn't great, but paired with a small sound bar it's a non issue. The processing in menus is noticably slow. Not a big issue, but can be annoying when using on screen keyboard to search or enter usernames and passwords. There is also a tendency for the TV to lose connectivity to the WiFi. Powering off/on the TV doesn't fix it, you have to reboot the device through the settings menu.
