Great lights for behind your TV!

I own 10 of these lights (5 pairs, spread amongst 4 rooms). I love them - they have a great color spectrum, they work great with the Hue app and other lights in the Hue line up. Just a fantastic addition to any room. They are a little expensive, but Hue is a premium product in this industry segment. Worth it, and those that buy Hue already know that they need to pay a premium (just like buying Sony, Apple or any other industry leader).

Bought on Sunday at like 1pm, spent the whole afternoon trying to make it work. Says charge up to 6 hours, other customer support says it should work even after 2 hours of charge. The thing wouldn’t even stay on for more than 3 seconds. The box was sealed but somehow had a bunch of mud or brown stuff on the inside of the box. Kind of have a feeling Best Buy sold me one that was opened, used, resealed, and returned. Reached out to the company about the muddy box and they said they’ve never seen that or heard of a product coming like that and not working at all. Fully disappointed. Chiropractic student soon to be in practice and wanted this for myself and future patients. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Clearly you got a defective unit - Exchange it

I mean you clearly got a unit with a defective battery. Best Buy returns items up to 30 days after purchase (45 days for Elite members). It happens in manufacturing, there are going to be one or two units every few thousand that just happen to have some component fail (probably the battery from what you said). Return it and try and actual working unit before you tank a company's rating.
