Lasting longer than Yellow, Cyan, and Magenta

My Canon TS9120 printer uses both BK and PGBK ink cartridges. I have noticed that both of the black ink cartridges have been consumed at a much slower rate then the Yellow, Cyan, and Magenta colors. It means that I don't have to replenish the black cartridges as quickly as the other colors.
