It should be. I bought an open box version of this toy and it came with everything pictured on the box.

Only one dinosaur per package. They're full size figurines. Like the old style ones that came out when the first Jurassic Park Film with Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum came out in the 90's. $7.99 is an extremely great/ good price for model articulated figurine at a store like this, i'm surprised it wasn't twice the price. These same figurines are double the price at gamestop.
