They have been to my house several times to install a jbl sound bar. Every time they show up, they dont knk ehag fhey are doing on the install.

Junk stay away from it. Absolutely way over priced for this unit. Id stay away from best buy in general when it comes to sound. We paid to have these jokers out to recommend a good surround system. The "professional " who came out recommended the jbl 9.1. Which is definitely better way better than this sony. However that one was not compatible with our tv. A real professional would have known that. A real professional would have not recommend a sound bar for our living room as we have 20ft ceilings, and the room is 30x25 feet. Go to flanners they are a real professional company.

Wouls stay away from this tv, looks absolutely gorgeous at bb. You get it home and hooked up, looks nothing like in the store. Bb is very deceiving with this type of thing. They blame it on everything else, besides the true problem, which is bb. You want to see the real picture you get, tell them to it on a regular tv channel, whatch what happens. They did swp it out with a sony x900, picture is a little better, and is closer to how it looked in bb.

Terrible, this purchse has been a joke. After your "professional " home theater expert came to our home this is what he recommended. I paid to have your geek squad install it. Which was another mistake. After you supposedly installed it, it keeps turning off. You came back 3 more times and still didn't get it figured out. Still messed up to this day
