I just happened to come across this while browsing online the other day, I wasn't looking for The Sopranos and never really thought about buying it. But when I seen the complete series on Blu-Ray was on sale for fifty bucks I had to have it! I was going to just order it online since shipping would have been free until I seen my local store had two sets in stock. Now the picture here doesn't show the Blu-Ray + Digital HD and it doesn't say anything about it in the description or title so I was not expecting it to include the digital code. I like having the digital copies with my movies/TV shows but it's not always a deal breaker and for the price of this set I was still happy with the price. Well, when I got to my local store I was very surprised and happy to see the "Blu-Ray + Digital HD" on the box and that made an already great deal even better!
The box set is really nice and has a sturdy thick box that holds all the cases, seasons 1,2,3,4,5,6 pt.1,6 pt.2 and a slim case for the bonus disc and then has a slip cover that goes over that box so you don't see the Blu-ray cases which I think makes it look better but is kind of a pain to have to slide it off/on every time to get to the cases. Each Blu-ray case holds four discs except season 6 pt.2 since it only has three and of course the bonus disc is in a slim case by itself for a total of 28 Blu-ray discs and yes the bonus disc is a Blu-ray not a DVD.
If I absolutely had to find something to complain about with this set it would be that for some reason the Blu-ray cases are not all the same style/brand. I'll explain, seasons 1,3,4 are in a darker color blue and more square type of case and seasons 2,5,6 are lighter colored and have rounder edges. Then, even though 1,3,4 cases look the same on the outside, 1&4 have the four discs on two trays, two discs per tray, while season 3 has one disc on the front, one tray for two discs and the fourth is on the back. I don't like this style b/c the front and back discs block the episode guide that is printed on the reverse side of the artwork so you can read it thru the case when you open it. So you have to remove disc one and four to be able to read what episodes/features are on each disc. Seasons 2,5,6 pt.1 are all in the same type of case and each have two trays that hold two discs each. Season 6 pt.2 only has three discs so it only has one tray for discs one and two and the third is on the back but all the info is on the inside front so you can read everything and don't have to remove the third disc. I actually would have preferred if they put the bonus disc in with season 6 pt.2 in a case with two trays instead of the bonus discs being in a slim case by itself. I hope all that made some sense, it's not a huge deal but it bugs me b/c of my OCD and everything has to match. You would think whoever put this set together would have used all the same brand/style of BR case. I will probably end up buying some empty BR cases and swapping them so they all match. Sorry for the long review but maybe someone will appreciate this info, if not oh well I just got 25 BB points ;)! So I guess I'll end my rev........

I've never really been too interested in Constantine and didn't even know he was a DC character until I seen Justice League Dark. I seen the previews for this movie on another DC movie I was watching and thought it looked pretty good so I gave it a chance and I'm glad I did! It's a great movie with lots of humor and demons and crazy characters! So for 10 bucks this is a great deal and a nice change of pace for normal DC animation. I really hope they make more animated films with Constantine!

Another great 4K Steelbook Marvel release!

Great movie and nice Steelbook! Again, Marvel did a great job with this 4K release! I hope they continue the 4K Steelbooks so I can complete my Marvel UHD/Blu-ray/digital/Steelbook collection. I know they are at least doing the other two Captain America movies because they are already listed on here but there are no pictures up or release date as of now. I purposely didn't buy any of the Marvel movies when they first came out because I wanted all of them in 4K.
As for the movie, it's Marvel Captain America, if you haven't seen it yet where have you been? Even if you're not into comics or superheroes it's still a great movie so at least give it a chance! Alot of people say Cap. America trilogy are the best films in the MCU but while I do agree they are very good, with "Civil War" being my favorite of the three, I wouldn't say they are the best. Captain America is just too much of a "good" guy for me. But even after saying that I still recommend this and the other two Cap. movies. Red Skull is such a great villain so watch it for him if nothing else. Also, all the Marvel movies are connected so you kinda need to watch it for that reason too.

This set contains all three entries of the rebooted Planet of the Apes trilogy. Included are Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and War for the Planet of the Apes.

Very nice 4K steelbook set

I want to start by saying I have never seen any of the original "Apes" movies so I can't compare these to them so going into these movies I had no expectations and didn't really know what to expect. The way they made these movies is pretty amazing to me and I don't remember seeing anything like this in any other movies. They didn't just use guys in ape suits and they didn't just use CGI, of course they had to use it but the apes were not all CG. They used real actors and motion capture to get the movements and facial expressions, then used CGI over top of them to get such realistic apes. The movies are actually really good, I honesty didn't expect them to be as good as they are. There is a lot of emotion in all three films along with some decent action with "War" having the most. I would say they are more of a drama than anything though and are more story driven. I guess I need to go back and watch the originals now! I really like the steelbook set but I do wish it came with regular Blu-ray discs too just for more special features. I don't remember if the 4K discs have any special features or not but usually the 4K doesn't and the Blu-ray has all the extras. It does come with a digital code for all three films and there are extras on Vudu so that's a plus. I also like that the steelbook has a separate spot for each disc and it's not like some that have multiple discs and just one spot so you have to stack the discs, I really hate cases like that! Anyways, I highly recommend these movies and the 4K is beautiful and the steelbook case is very nice and IMO this is a must have for your collection!

I remember renting this movie when it first came out, I just grabbed it without knowing anything about it and never heard of it at the time. I'm glad I took a chance on it because it became one of my favorite movies. It has a huge all-star cast and is a nice mix of comedy and action. I love Brad Pitt's character although everyone is great in it! Hard to believe it's been almost 20yrs. since this film came out but it still holds up today. The steelbook is really cool too, I love the yellow and the artwork. I collect steelbooks and own around 30 so far, I just started collecting them couple months ago, but this one is definitely one of the cooler looking ones I own. So if you've never seen this movie or like me you collect steelbooks this is a great movie/steelbook to add to your collection!

I recently purchased the shazam movie and said it came with a 30 day free dc universe trial. I'm just not sure where that free trial code is or how to activate it. Any help?
You had to pre-order it to get the code. If you did they should have emailed it to you, to which ever email address you have connected to your Best Buy account. I got mine the day after I placed my order. Check your junk/spam folder, it may have went there. As for activating it, the email has step by step instructions on how to do that. Keep in mind it is only valid for new DC Universe members though. I'm not sure why they say it's a $26.99 value since it's only $7.99 a month for a subscription but it's still a nice little extra if you aren't already a DC member. Hope that helped.
