I bought the hoses for my washer as they did not come with the washer itself - which in itself is a shame. It works well and I have not had any problems (knock on wood) with this hose. Also, I wanted the points for this review. :)

The two BestBuy technicians that installed my washer were so polite, so professional, and so efficient, I wish they would install everything. My internet provider should take note. Unfortunately I only remember one guy's name and it was Richie. But they were both great. I can't brag enough. I was very pleased.

Big, but I want to decide the controls.

I had originally purchased a similar washer to this in 2015. I liked that it was big but I hated the preset control options. Eventually, the washer started leaking and I replaced it with this bigger model. Just like the previous model, I cannot control the settings. I want water to cover my clothes. Clothes can't be cleaned if they are not submerged in water. Some of the stuff just sits on the top above the water level. Sometimes I want hot water with medium spin or cold water with high soil level. This washer is big, but I cannot get past the preset settings. If I had to do it all over again, I would not choose a washer that is water efficient, because I end up just rewashing them or starting the load all over. It's too much of a hassle to be watching it. I would also buy a washer. Not one of these fancy things with flight control settings. I want a BIG washer with hot, medium, cold, and small, medium, large controls.
