Great stand, a bit pricey

I decided to purchase this after I sat on, and broke my last headset (black chair and black headset don't mix). Like all Razer products, the build quality is really good and the stand has a nice weight to it, so it is very stable. Design is simple, but sleek and the chroma lighting in the base is cool.
The usb ports are nice I have had no issues with pass through. They also help give some added functionality, which helps make the price a bit more "worth-it". That's the only draw back this stand has... it's pretty pricey.
Historically my Razer peripherals have held up well and lasted a long time, and as this stand has no moving parts, I expect it will have some long term durability.

Buggy drivers and didn't last

Initially worked great, and was pretty comfortable, except for the fact the band is a little small, even when fully expanded. So if you have larger than average head, it might not work. I used the head set for the first month with no issues. Sound was clear and rich, mic worked well (almost too well, it picked up everything) and just seemed like an overall quality headset for the price (got it on sale). After the first month of use I started to have problems with the volume controls: volume could not be adjusted on my PC unless I went into the master volume mixer, so key board shortcuts and start bar options didn't work. The problem persisted after switching usb ports and some other trouble shooting. I then downloaded ROCCAT's "Swarm" software for the headphones (apparently the only way to get/update the drivers). After installing and updating the volume volume adjustment issue was fixed, which was great... except now the headphones frequently have audio pops and static, no matter the source (gaming, YouTube, streaming, music, etc) and their seems to be a hum or something because having them on for more than 15-20 minutes gives me a headache.

This is the second Manscaped trimmer I have owned. Overall a great product and a good bundle that includes a lot of their other products. For the price this is great, especially because I like their other products but feel they’re pretty pricey on their own. The only reason for the missing star is there was only one trimmer guard included, where the last one I bought had 3 double sided attachments, for 6 lengths.

Does this headset stand charge the headphones? Along with this what is the purpose of the stand other than it can plug into a USB outlet?
The stand is not a charger, you could plug a usb cable into the stand and then into the headphones. The stand is pretty much for desk organization, and has a couple extra usb ports (because it uses one to power/program the lights in the base). If you plug in headphones to the 3.5mm jack and download Razer's software it can also provide 7.1 audio to headphones.

How long is the connecting cable to the PC? Is it fully functional (Other than not being able to control the RGB) without using the Chroma Synapse software program? I have another PC monitoring software that for some reason conflicts with Razer's
The cord is a decent length, probably 5-6 ft. (I can't get an exact measurement without moving my desk). The lighting and pass through work fine without Synapse. The lights will just do a slow cycle though a bunch of colors.
