Original and Replacement Units Came Damaged

Original refrigerator delivered had exterior damage so Best Buy had to send me a replacement.
Replacement also had defects, this time on the interior. However, the damage was not as significant but still noticeable in multiple places.
Best Buy said they would give me store credit for the damage but hasn't happened yet. Need to contact a different department or something.
Overall, the refrigerator was very spacious and looks nice and sleek. Great that it's fingerprint proof.
