My son like the device

I bought a set of ear buds for my son for Xmas. They broke after one week. When we complained about it and after two months they sent us a new pair. One of them was already broken upon arrival. My son is really happy with the ones I got him from best buy.

The work real well

These ear buds work real well. The only issue I have with them is the price. I think the price is too high. Also, I don't know if it would work with other devices that are not apple.

Did not like the service

The Geek guy did not appear to know what he was doing. My wife had to tell him how to use remote. Did not get useful information. He referred us to Magnolia to service our theater room. When I bought annual service from Best Buy, I was told they can do everything. So far it has not been what I expected. waste of money.
