Incomplete installation

The gentlemen delivered the dryer hooked up the hoses and left. It wasn't leveled properly and caused a nightmare. I had to call and request a new one. I had no idea the problem was due to faulty installation. It has since been rectified by my sales associate, Nick Webster. He is a jewel.

This particular washer is defective. It shakes uncontrollably during the rinse/spin cycle. The shaking during the rinse caused the hose to malfunction and spew rinse water all over my new machine and wash area. Having it replaced immediately.
