Easy to use and dries in half the time of our old dryer!! Love the flat profile of the door that is very easy to gently close. Large bulky loads
of towels and jeans sometimes need to be run more even after the "very dry" setting is done. I won't take a star off for that since I'd rather have this happen than have all of our laundry scorched--we have had towels ruined by dryers in the past. Cute chime when it's done and pretty quiet while running. We love it!!

So many uses, and we have not even come close to exploring all of them yet. Cutting of stencils and iron-ons is quick. The app is easy to use for designing. We have made custom gear for high school sports team, and they turned out great! Will be doing stencils for screenprinting for our business next. Wish there was more selection of free fonts on the app, but it looks like we can upload and create from any jpeg, so any design program can make that and we won't need to rely on the cricut paid app parts. Love how it can do large projects!

Hooked it up ourselves to replace old machine, and it was easy. Simple to operate, cleans very well, pretty quiet motor...of course we can hear the washer fill and swoosh around. The flat door takes no effort to close, and we like how the low profile does not protrude into the room. We are using "natural" detergent with no artifical fragrance, and our laundry is coming out smelling nice a clean! This family of 5 has loads of work & athletic clothes, and this machine is a huge time and energy saver!!

SO happy with this range! Have had it for a year, and put it to the test a lot. The oven gas a huge capacity and fits a turkey roaster, 7 qt oval cocotte, and two 13x9 pans at the same time!! Seems very efficient on gas use. We actually have it hooked to propane with the conversion kit it came with.
Convection works awesome, which people find surprising about gas.
Only two complaints after a year of use. We wish the middle burner would heat the griddle faster (but glad it it came with one!) The second thing is that the oven door has a streak/drip running between the glass. Need to figure out if that comes apart to clean it.
We thought we would use the warming drawer a lot, but we actually barely use it...maybe we just need to remember we have it.
Highly recommend this range if you love to cook & bake!!

The bar in the bottom arrived not attached. That should have been our 1st sign to return it. Now the thing does not want to drain and gives us an error code. We checked all possible things and ran thru it again with the Samsung rep. They said it needs service. Samsung scheduled serving before they realized that they do not have people in our service area (within a 2 hour drive of Seattle--really??) Then they were going to call when they found someone who could do the work. Never called us. We called back and they said that we'll have to return the dishwasher since nobody can come out. They will call or email when they have arranged that with Best Best. No call or email yet!! This situation has been limping along for over 2 weeks. It's my busiest season for a dishwasher since I rely on it to save time on washing & sanitizing canning jars. I am BEYOND frustrated!!! We were impressed with the quietness of it when it was working. The bar on the bottom was unreliable and would occasionally pop out and make a whole load need to run again. (I see now that another person wrote about the same problem in a review). This is not the experience I expected when I chose this machine!!! For $900, this thing should last a LONG time!!! I have owned many samsung products, and this is the 1st one that is useless.
