Racks could be more versatile and flexible. There are other LG Models that have more versatile racks with more Tines that turn down for larger items.
Power button could be less sensitive. If you are working at the counter and lean against the front of the washer it powers ON. It should have a delay where you have to hold it for 3-5 seconds before it powers ON.
While I rarely give anything a Top Rating, I am very pleased that it cleans great, is very quiet and more Energy efficient than what we had before.

Great upgrade from what we had before

Needed 2 trips for installation. New Washer is the full height from floor to underside of the counter. Out old washer had a cutout notch on the bottom rear that allowed for a 2" drain pipe at the back of the cabinet. We had to have a plumber re-route the drain pipe. ($1700.00 - there went the money we saved with the appliance deal.) Oh, well, it needed to be done, and we are better off for it. Hence the 2 trips for installation.
Take-away, make sure you understand the full dimensions of your appliance. Measure, and re-measure.
We haven't used the Washer yet, but I am expecting great things since our old washer was smaller and it was rusting. This is a larger, Stainless Steel, Tub

Great upgrade from what we had before

There are just 2 of us and we upgraded from an old 21 cu.ft. to a newer, larger 28 cu.ft. So, a quantum leap better. This has plenty of versatile room for an even larger family. Since we buy a lot of fruits and vegetables we were looking for more space for produce.
I wanted stainless steel, my wife wanted white. If I had really understood the issue with fingerprints, smudges, and streaks I would have preferred a gray/slate color. This will require more daily effort to keep the surface looking good, but it is doable.
The Freezer Drawer closes easily with a light push; the Refrigerator Doors require a definite effort to close. Although you will be notified that the door is left open since the system has a built-in Pavlov training system.
The system has a versatile Drawer in the upper unit that you can control the temperature, depending on what you want to store there (i.e., meat, deli, produce.) the problem is that you will need to open BOTH upper doors to access the drawer. I would rather have a 4-Door/Drawer system with a convertible upper Drawer instead of the 3-Door we bought.
The biggest downside for us is that there is really no more room for Produce than we had before. But, we will be creative and we will make it work.
Still, I would recommend this with the caveat that you fully understand the features and limitations with regard to your needs.
