this blu-ray is a solid upgrade over the dvd but nothing amazing like some of the criterion releases. there are some good bonuses such as a 50s tv show spin off. if you like THE THIN MAN you should check out STAR OF MIDNIGHT. it has WILLIAM POWELL basically playing the same role but GINGER ROGERS in MYRNA LOY's role

I bought these a little before the release of the PS5. They sounded really good on the PS4 and I could distinctly hear where enemies were or where different sounds took place in the game.
On the PS5 this is 10x that. Of course I’ll give credit to 3D audio technology, but nonetheless this headset gives a really good balance of sounds, even if you’re playing a game and using Spotify at the same time.
The reason I’m giving these 4 stars however is A) they’re not that great in with balancing the party chat audio and game audio, neither is game chat. B) they made the wireless fob too long for the ps5, so it covers a portion of the usb next to it, making it possible to use both ports at the same time. That’s pretty annoying since it basically makes me choose if I want to charge my headset or controller (and the ps5 controller NEEDS charge trust me).
Overall, they’re a solid pair of headphones, super comfortable and have great sound, but I don’t think they’re worth $150 (prob about $120). I’d either go up a notch and buy Arctis 9s (since they’re Bluetooth as well) or shop around. Either way, while there’s room for improvement I’m happy with my purchase and I’d lightly suggest it to my friend lol

Cmon now steelseries... I own the arctis wireless pro for my pc and it’s amazing. Now I bought this new headset to match with my ps5 and the wireless dongle is just embarrassing.. whoever designed the usb c dongle needs to get fired asap. I understand you included a free type A connector but that is just embarrassing that once I plug in with the usb c I loose ONE more usb I could have been using for charging my controller. As for your other headset the arctis wireless pro I highly recommend instead of this.

TL;DR Amazing battery life (48+ hours), Superhuman Hearing, platform compatibility (Xbox, PC, PS5/PS4, Nintendo Switch when docked). Needs to be used with included USB transmitter. Light and comfortable around the ears. USB-C charging (with cable included). No software required for sound customization, but customization is limited to a few presets. Attached flip microphone auto mutes when not fully extended. When fully extended, the mic has about 45 degrees of inward adjustability. There is a lot of plastic to this build, so care is required if you want to keep these for a while. No bluetooth capability. USB-C charge cable included.,
First and foremost, these Stealth 600 Gen2 MAX headphones are marketed toward Xbox users, but Turtle Beach was very smart to make sure that it can be used across all platforms. There is a switch on the included USB transmitter to allow you switch between XBOX and USB. For USB, you’ll be able to connect to your PS5/PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch (docked). XBOX is, of course, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. Either way, the transmitter and headphones had zero problems pairing with each other. Understanding the light indicator on the transmitter is straightforward; if the light is flashing green, it’s trying to pair to the headset. If solid green, it means a successful pairing AND the mic is live. Slow pulse red means successful pairing AND mic is muted.
The volume controls also become different depending on which mode you choose. For Xbox, you’ll have game volume and chat volume adjustability. For USB, You’ll have master volume and variable mic monitoring. What remains the same for both is how you turn them on/off, activate Superhuman Hearing and flipping through the EQ. EQ Presets are (1) Signature Sound, (2) Bass Boost, (3) Bass + Treble Boost and (4) Vocal Boost. These EQ settings can be used in conjunction with Superhuman Hearing. 50mm drivers provide Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, DTS Headphone X and 3D Audio. Chat is more than sufficient for everyday gaming with its mic.
Besides the long battery life, Superhuman Hearing is a big draw for those looking for a competitive edge. Using this feature, I was able to pinpoint enemy footsteps during multiplayer matches in CoD and Halo. Now some of us PC gamers are spoiled with fine tuning knobs for these kinds of situations and can even set profiles for specific games on other brands, but I think their out-of-the-box performance is fantastic and this capability will carry from game to game, console to console (or PC).
When I’m playing Halo Infinite on PC, I set Superhuman Hearing with Signature Sound and I couldn’tw be any happier with them. When I’m playing on Switch, I’ll turn Superhuman Hearing off and Signature Sound on while I’m doing boss runs with Metroid Dread. Similarly, I’ll keep those settings when I’m on PS5 playing Horizon. When I’m on Xbox, I…well, I don’t have an Xbox yet. But the main point here is that these headphones are more than capable of working with everything else. When just chilling, listening to music or watching movies, I keep Superhuman Hearing off and use the Bass/Treble Boost or Vocal Boost depending on what’s on. If you’re fortunate to have all these nice things at home, then these headphones are not a bad deal at all. And with that 48+ hour runtime being a huge selling point, I think these are a high recommendation for those looking to get a new pair.
