Less than 1 1/2 years and it's broken

Back in September, we had it serviced and the technician replaced the part as it was still under warranty. The washer would not run or drain water. Today, the same problem occurred, but we're out of the warranty period so we ended up getting a new one. Losing trust for the samsung appliance brand.
