This wash tower installation was problematic from day one. In this new house, the utility closet is narrow and shallow, barely enough room - requiring removal of the baseboards and a bifold door track. It took three tries before everything fit correctly and the installation was completed successfully. Your installation company is the reason we buy all our appliances from BestBuy; every dealer sells appliances, but your installation and service is the best. Thanks!

The installation of the new LG washtower went smoothly, but within days the dryer displayed an error message about inadequate air flow from the dryer. The Geek Squad repair person dutifully showed up and confirmed that the problem with airflow is not from Best Buy’s installation but in the vent at the outflow. Thanks for clarifying that! All systems are “go” now.

Our Kenmore 600 Series washing machine started behaving erratically after only 3 years, and a savvy repair person advised us against getting a washer with so many bells and whistles. So we went with this solid Maytag with a center agitator and simpler dial controls. We love it! It feels like it gets the clothes cleaner, and the low energy consumption is a plus. I’d like to write another review of this machine after three years - or ten. Recommended.
