Overall happy with my product. It has several features and pre-installed apps. The picture quality is great. It probably has more features than the average person will use it for.
A couple complaints:
1. It had a crack on the frame when I bought it and recently realized it. I bought this on 8/2019. I placed it on my TV stand and it has stayed there the entire time. It has never fallen, never been dropped, never dropped anything on it, etc. Just last month (July 2020) I went to take the tape off of the edges and I found a crack on the top left corner.
2. For some reason it won't connect to my Nintendo Switch correctly. The screen will appear for a few seconds and then blackout for a second. Appear for a few seconds and then blackout. It does this regardless of the HDMI cable and the Switch system.

I am excited to have this washer. It is easy to use. Its kind of loud as it washes clothes though. Fortunately my washer is in the garage so it doesn't bother me while I'm in the house. Just be aware that some washes can last upwards of 1.5 hours under the Normal cycle depending on the load. Typically its been about 1 hour 5 minutes. However, I don't mind the wait.

Not what I expected.

It's just the deadbolt. No door knob included. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a smart deadbolt if you still need a key to unlock the knob. Of course you could always have the knob unlocked and just use the deadbolt, but the idea seems strange to me (having an extra security feature you wouldn't use). Also, in following the instructions, the lock was not connecting to my phone. Everything was connected to the wifi. The egg (or whatever it's called) was working. It was connecting to my phone, but the lock itself wasn't. Not sure what the issue was. I returned it, but its probably worth having for someone else.
