Have your new dash camera installed neatly, reliably and professionally by a Geek Squad Autotech. Standard installation doesn~t include vehicle-specific parts or accessories. For dash camera installation, the cost of parts will vary. Such parts and any additional parts or extensive labor are extra. Your Geek Squad Autotech will provide an estimate prior to performing work that requires an additional charge (including nonstandard installation) and any additional parts. Any additional charges will be assessed after the installation is complete. For additional installation information for your vehicle, find a store with an installation center and speak with a Geek Squad Autotech.

Took over 2 months to get installed

They did a great job installing. I purchased on 1/7. Could not get it installed till mid March and had to travel 45 miles to get it installed. Again, installation was great. Was not able to get any help from management or customer service because of Best Buy delaying install. I should not have had to wait this long. When called to cancel my appointment and that I would have to wait another 6 weeks to have installed and drive to Roseville, another 15 extra miles. All she could say was I’m SORRY. No help from her, management, or customer service. I will be careful in the future when ordering from Best Buy.

Discrimination makes it sound like it has a radar detector. It does NOT! I registered this product but it says that it is not been activated. Plus $50 per year to activate this product. Best Buy took 3 months to install. They were great when they did but I had to wait way to long. I am NOT a happy customer!
