How am I supposed to get the smell off the baskets? They smell like chemicals, like fresh paint. And out food tastes like it. Has anyone been able to get the smell off?
Before use, you need to clean the baskets. I did that. I also preheated the unit for 5 minutes, before I put any food in the trays. Had no issues with my food tasting like chemicals. The booklet said that it's normal to smell the chemicals, but when I cleaned it and preheated it before I even used it, I had no issues.

My phone does not ring when I receive a call, how can I fix that?
I don't know. Do you have your ringtone on or is it set on vibrate? Most phones will not ring if the phone is set on vibrate. I have a song as my ringtone and the song always plays when someone is calling me. So check if it is on vibrate, then check if you have the ringtone set in the highest volume. If this doesn't work then ask Best Buy Geek squad to take a look at it.
