Essential accessory for HTA7000 soundbar, if you want you can purchase just the soundbar & if you're not satisfied with the surround effects you can add these speakers later, they're wireless (although they do need to plug into AC outlets) & setup is very easy, keep in mind that Sony is releasing new model surround speakers (SARS5) in spring/summer 2022 that will enable 360 degree spatial sound, but they will cost about $250 more than these.

Essential accessory for HTA7000 soundbar, really boosts the bass from the system, if you want you can purchase just the soundbar & if you're not satisfied with the low end you add this sub later, it's wireless and setup is very easy, like most speakers it has cloth covering the drivers so beware if you have cats, etc. but you can place it pretty much anywhere in the room.

Pricey but sounds great w complete system

I bought the soundbar along with the SASW5 subwoofer & SARS3S surround speakers, with everything the system is pricey but sounds very good, I can't speak to the sound quality of the bar alone but I suspect it won't compare to the complete setup, very easy setup, works best when paired with a Sony TV, with my A80J the TV's speakers (which are actually quite good) can be used as a center speaker for the soundbar, an annoyance is that the bar is piano black across the top which reflects the screen when placed below the TV. Overall very satisfied!

Basic, no-frills 4K UHD disc player. Doesn't play games, remote is very simple, but if all you need is a 4K disc player, this is a great value. Supports HDR10 & Dolby Vision. Also a great choice if you're connecting to Sony equipment as system control is integrated (e.g. powering off the TV will also power off the player). Recommended.
