Is the memory expandable from 8GB to 16GB or higher?
Yes it is. We replaced the 8g with 32g using the Corsair brand.

Can a 20lb turkey fit in the lower oven with the divider in place, or is the oven really only capable of cooking a medium sized turkey when the divider is removed?

Is the stove top and burners easy to clean? And does it scratch easily?
The stove top is made of a quality stainless steel and is actually very easy to clean. The only difficulty is the large burner covers can be a little bulky when washing them in the sink.
We’ve had the stove for several months and have not had any issues with cleaning it or getting any scratches.
