First my gripe, totally one me, but my gripe nonetheless: bought 2nd gen for newest iPad, only to discover it was only compatible with 1st gen pencil. OK, no problem will hold onto this since I plan to get a iPad Pro later this year. Go buy the 1st gen pencil for $10 more than the 2nd gen, wha?? OK, it was on sale so whatever, now get it home and take it out to sync it up only to discover you need a lightning to usb-c adapter to pair it the first time because…Apple. So a week after Christmas and my little one can finally use her “new” pencil.

Love this case, keeps my pencil safe in my bag and doubles as a stand when I have it on my desk so it doesn’t roll around when I set the pencil down, since my case doesn’t quite fit it for some odd reason. Also nice to keep the adapter, charge tip cover and and extra “writing” tip handy so I can charge it up with a standard charge cable since my iPad has USB-C thus negating plugging it directly into that, but that’s another gripe.

Not worth the time or money it cost me

Broke while installing screen protector on iPad. Clumsy application technique, but clear instructions. I’ve installed numerous screen protectors on all my phones and kid’s tablets, this was the first time I’ve had an air bubble cause a small fracture in the product itself, see photo; since there is a crack, the bubble will not go away. Grabbed this the day before Christmas so the little one could use her new iPad straight out of the box, so a return trip/exchange was out of the question. Always used Zagg products before, but those were out of stock when I bought this, prob not going to ever use again.

I noticed in the description that the Samsung Washer App was required. Is that required to set up or to run the washer? Seems a little unnecessary, and my husband can’t download apps on his phone.

Will this washing machine accommodate a queen-sized comforter?
While I have not run a comforter through this machine, I do wash my King sized fitted sheet, top sheet, four pillow cases and two King sized fleece blankets all at once with still a third of the top unfilled. I have to dry this load in two partial loads because I still have an old dryer that takes forever with the aforementioned load.

The case comes with a screen protector?
Yes and no. I was misled by the description as well. There is a case that encapsulates the entire iPad, then there is another plastic piece that would be best described as a holder, much like your phone would clip into the belt holder. This second piece is what they are describing as the screen protector, so yes while in place it protects the screen, but no you can’t use the iPad while it is in place.
