These hoses are very good quality. I think it would take a lot to damage them. There is plenty of length, if your faucets aren't close to your washer. I would measure them but I can't access them now.

This pedestal fits my new washer perfectly. The installers connect the 2 parts together before the install. It seems sturdy & is the right height for me. I purchased the pedestal to elevate my new front loading washer to a more convenient height.
Considering it's just a sturdy box with a drawer, I do feel it is over priced. At least it does its job.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

3rd times a charm??

My washer & pedestal were delivered 1 week after I purchased them. The guy refused to install the washer because there was powder (Diatomaceous Earth) on my faucets. He thought the faucets were decaying. I tried to explain to him it was powder, even showed him. English was not his 1st language so he didn't understand & needed to protect himself. Ok, I was not happy but I understood. I had already waited several days for the installation.
It was over a week more before they could send someone else out. I cleaned the powder off so no more issues there. They came, installed my washer & were driving out of my long driveway without letting me know it was done. I went into the laundry room to check. It was installed but obviously not close to level. I could see them at the end of my driveway. I called their number immediately. No answer. I tried 3 times in a row. Finally they answered, said they were at their next stop & would be back in ½ hr to level it. They never came back.
It was 6 more days before anyone came out to level it.
I purchased my in-stock washer on May 19th. It was June 8th before I could use it.
NOT IMPRESSED with installation service. I believe this is a 3rd party. Best Buy should be aware of this crap.
