A Personal Favorite - Steelbook Art aside

The movie is a 5/5. The steelbook doesn't even have Matthew McConaughey as the main actor here. Instead it's someone not even in the film.
As for the film itself - a masterpiece. Visually. The score. I recommend watching this film any way possible, but the bigger the screen and the better the sound system, the more fun you will have. Outstanding acting from the main ensemble with a surprise casting at the end that seals the deal.

First off, one of my favorite versions of the steelbook - comes with a slipcover.
The film itself is also an excellent peer behind the curtains of law enforcement's trouble with modern drug trafficking across the US / Mexico border. A worthwhile film that will have you at the edge of your seat!

Stay Away - Artwork Isn't Even Worth "Upgrading"

This isn't a review of the film, just the physical media. Whomever transferred this media did a decidedly worse job than the original blu-ray. I would actually argue the blu-ray is better. This does not appear to be a 'just me' type situation, as any research online regarding the 4k transfer seems it was the studio decision to rush through an upscaling rather than allowing Tarantino to sign off on it after the work, as he's done with several other of his films.

Great Film - Excellent Steelbook

Finally decided to buy this movie in its 4k glory. The art choice is pretty fantastic in my opinion, the yellow money mimicking the yellow brick road from The Wizard of Oz. I would argue this is the best looking version of the steelbook for that reason.
