Horrible Experience!! 3rd Party

This job was sourced out to a third party. The technician said that he was not familiar with Yale locks and it was evident by his sloppy work. He left screws out, and also damaged my door frame and didn’t tell me. If that wasn’t enough, he left sawdust all over my floor and he complained the entire time. They had to send another technician out to clean up his mess.

I purchased this phone for my mom’s birthday. It was on sale for half price. It took about 2 hours to set up this phone. There were some technical issues and then I had to transfer the number from my moms old phone. There is also an issue with it holding a charge. You also have to purchase plans through Great Call. My mom wants me to return it, but it is past the return date. Otherwise, I actually like the screen and the simple functions.

This refrigerator has some flaws. One is the cheap plastic inserts inside of the small freezer area. The water dispenser streams water down the side of the refrigerator which makes it virtually impossibly to keep it looking clean because it stains. It can be noisy at time with the sound of leaking water. The doors are off center. I much prefer my old bisque colored model. I regret this purchase and upgrade. I contemplated sending it back. Do you self a favor and spend the extra money to get a better model.
