Essential vietnam film. It's different than Platoon or Apocalypse Now. I would say all three are the trilogy of Vietnam films. Would highly recommend it. The steelbook captures the mood pretty well.

Outer case is a bit dented from shipping, not worth returning for me. The steelbooks inside look great.
These movies just have really creative characterizations and art. Different than Nolan films, you have to love them for what they are and when they were made.
You have Prince music, Jack Nicholson, Arnold, Michael Keaton, and other icons.
