They did a quick job of removing and loading in the new machine while removing the other one. They came earlier than est. and was quick in and out to make it easier for my day off to get other things done. They even started it up on the quick wash to make sure it was running correct etc.

This printer has issues and its so dry that these will dry out before you use it all up unless your printing multiple pages nearly every day. They carry a good load when I work my seasonal test scoring so its printing up 12 plus pages a day this holds up for a couple months of that but if not used for a couple weeks will dry out in phoenix dry heat I keep my house around 80 F

I went in to get a set to use with my phone and asked to open up to check to make sure I got the right parts both wall plug box and the cord to work to charge both phone and charging bricks. got it home and again this is the wrong set. So I now have not one but 2 sets that don't work for what I need. I have only one wall plug and had to buy the shorter cord that I needed to use with portable chargers while overseas instead. at a higher cost.
