This has to be the crispiest digital 4K UHD home release I have ever seen to date! The visuals and CGI blend in so naturally with the on-screen characters, accentuated by vivid colors in stunning HDR. Even if you aren’t into the subject matter, this is a reference disc for you to show off that fancy new OLED screen you got for the holidays/ birthday!

I’ve been grabbing a few 4K releases on sale recently and Apocalypse Now was among those. This 35mm film transferred to 4K UHD is among the best I have seen so far. It’s up there with The Shining, 2001: A Space Odyssey and Jaws. You can really tell they spent a lot of time and money on this one. This should be in everyone’s 4K UHD collection.

Doesn’t hold a Switch Cartridge

So I received this as a free item when purchasing FIFA 18 on the Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately this only holds a game disc and does NOT have a Nintendo Switch variant. I have received Switch steelbooks from Best Buy before ie. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe so I was assuming if I bought FIFA 18 on Switch, I’d receive a free Switch steelbook.

I own an Xbox One X which gives me the ability to play 4K UHD Blu-rays. Usually I use my Xbox One controller to navigate the menu in the Blu-Ray App which can be clunky and sometimes I accidentally hit the fast forward buttons when placing the controller down on my table. This remote is perfect for accessing all my apps and while playing my movies. Plus, it lights up which makes it easier to use when the lights are off. It has a all the Xbox A,X,Y and B buttons so you could theoretically use it while playing games. It’s a must have product if you use your Xbox for more than just gaming!
