The Geek Squad installed washer/dryer. So I feel I understand this is what the manufacturer wants when installed. So not to have problems. You install it and have a problem its YOUR problem.

It drys well I use the delicate/manual cycle and have no problem. Does not overheat or over dry my socks and make them sag. I personally do not like to use a lot of heat on my clothes.

Toss clothes in the wash, select 1 of 8 cycles and 5 temperature settings via touch-screen controls and make fast work of laundry. Use the delicates cycle to wash sensitive items and the quick-wash cycle when you're short on time.

HE washers are nothing like the old.

It washes so differently. You can not wash as you once did switching to HE. You must follow directions. HE washers, in my opinion, are more sensitive to keep load Balanced than old. You must load properly and pay attention. I am at the spin cycle to pause if out of balance. It spins so fast it's violent if not balanced. It washes well as long as you do and uses the right products. I would suggest paying attention. The glass lid is not decorative or cool it says to me pay attention. If you noted when shopping no glass lids on old washers. The dryer is great. no one concern..
The install went fine. I did all the prep work pull out old washer & dryer replace the water supply valves 20 years old good practice. And cleaned the floor yes it will be dirty. You will need time to do it. unless you do not care.
I do not like to be rushed or to hold up the install.

Several reviews are negative about how this dryer does not get the clothes dry on any of the drying settings - why?
If I was to have an opinion you are most likely overloading the dryer. If you have the matching washer. And you load up the washer to CAPACITY and you put it all in the dryer you are overloading. I did it saw it and removed clothes to about half. Yes, I know dryer CLAIMED CAPACITY IS 7.5 TO WASHER 4.5. Fill the dryer half full air needs to circulate. Stuffing the dryer with clothes makes it inefficient and air cannot move around clothes to dry them.
