Getting the power, water for steam, and dryer vent were pretty quick and easy. Since it doesn't require a pan to place it in, pushing the machine back into place was pretty straight forward.

Machines are really heavy to move on your own

An installation is pretty much required given the weight of these machines. The installation is a lot easier if you don't have to put the machine in a drain pan. The drain pan makes it harder to get the hoses connected and then to get the machine in place. It took some additional help to get it in the pan once connected.

Rigid dryer vent limits machine mobility

With a rigid dryer vent, you are a little constrained in how you can maneuver the machine back. With a heavy machine, this can be a problem if you don't have a lot of room. You might consider a flexible vent, but then you have to make sure the vent doesn't pinch when pushing back.

The washing machine doesn't come with hoses, so these are important to get. I prefer the stainless steel over the rubber hoses as these feel like they will last longer and have good length to be able to pull out the machine without having to disconnect the hoses.

The washing machine works really well. I do recommend reading the instructions for using the top machine. It can fog up during bottom washing loads which is normal. The app integration isn't very good, but then I just use the chimes.

The dryer works pretty well. I like having the top drying rack to dry delicate or flat items. The main dryer works pretty well, but does seem to shut off a little early on sensing loads. The app integration leaves a lot to be desired as compared to the LG integration.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.
