No one said laundry day was easy - but LG dryer innovations might just change your mind. It starts with the LG Sensor Dry system that measures the amount of moisture levels throughout the cycle and automatically adjusts the drying time. Highly disappointed installation

The installers wouldn’t take this back. I had to order with dryer and then the installers used the vent from the old dryer and told me to take back to store which I did two times after install. Best Buy in store customer service said they couldn’t return the item due to the installation department not releasing the ticket as completed. So, I again returned a couple of days later in store and received the same service reply.
So now I’m stuck paying an additional $30 for a part I was forced to purchase and BB couldn’t seem to return. Not a fan.

What is the cycle time? For a normal load of laundry, how long does it take to wash? How long does the matching dryer take to dry?
It’s really cool because it weighs your clothes and adjusts accordingly. There is s quick wash cycle that takes 29 minutes. I use this slot when I have small loads.
Larger or heavy loads take s little longer. I play around with the settings and adjust as needed. There are some 60 and 90 minute cycles but it depends on your laundry habits.

I have purchased this washer a few months ago. I found that spin cycles are often very long. Is it normal to have 15 to 20 minute long (sometimes even longer) spin cycle? Thank you!
