The installers were great. First of all they were good at communicating with me about an earlier time that was available. When they arrived they were careful of the house, willing to answer questions and got the Installation completed quickly and professionally.
One of my questions was to do with the extended warranty and they offered to put through my extended warranty for me, but when I decided to wait and call in there was no pressure at all. I appreciate that.

Noisy but very good features

I really like the features of being able to choose the water level, the second rinse and being able to pause the cycle to add clothes. I'm still getting used to not being able to change the cycle settings once it begins. This machine seems to do a good job. The one big flaw it has is its pretty noisy. Other than that I really like the positive features I mentioned and the good job it does.
