Second tv works great

Sales person and Everyone in the store was great. TV worked for the 1st few days and Netflix stopped working and would keep booting me off. I went to Best Buy to let them know about my issue they said to bring the TV down and they would replace it no questions asked. It has been working perfectly ever since.

Not so happy

The salesman and the experience at the store was great the TV on the other hand I'm not so happy with I cannot get Netflix to play on it. I can start Netflix it will play some of the movie but it keeps kicking me off I looked up online I've tried every single option I could find and it is still no good. I tried to call Best Buy in my local area but they are not receiving any calls so I get placed on hold and then it hangs up on me so I can't get through. Only other option is to make another trip back to the store and see what can be done. For $2600 I wouldn't expect any issues like this.
