This device seems to have limitations. Although I was told I could 'flatten' it from its high arc to a more comfortable position, it does not work correctly when I 'flatten' it. Also, it does not have a scrolling wheel which make it more difficult to move down a page.

The washer was installed fine and worked well. My only complaint is that they told me I did not need the fill hoses I had purchased as my old ones were better. However, they did not leave me the hoses that I purchased. Be careful that if you purchase hoses they are installed or left with you.

Home Delivery schedule not reliable

The first delivery that was scheduled did not occur and I was not informed until very late in the day that it was not going to happen that day. Thus, I wasted most of a day waiting for a delivery that did not occur on the first scheduled date.

For this model DLEX3700 is it required to fill a small container for the steam feature to work instead of being hooked up to the water line? Or does it have to be hooked up to the water line? I got this machine today and the steam function doesn't work
Our dryer was attached to the water line. The dryer is to the right of our washer and they used a Y-connection hose, I think, to connect the dryer to the same water intake line that connects to the washer. I had asked for them to do the connection when I purchased it. You may need to get a plumber to do it unless you or someone you know is handy with those sorts of things.
