Install crew did fine but read why BB was terrible

Install was fine after many attempts of delivery fails. Then I was charged for the haul away of the dryer I kept so they only took the washer but I had prepaid for both. The install crew said just call BB and they'll credit it. Tried finding a # to call and it doesn't exist. When I disputed the charge online Best Buy denied the credit. If there were a zero star option I'd choose it for the zero help received.

What else can I wash?

I think I have a large load until I dump it into this washer. It's the same size as my old washer on the outside but on the inside it's huge. I start looking for things to put in it before running a cycle. Instead it takes a minute or two and assesses the size of the load and adjusts the water level to match. Some reviews read prior to purchase believe it should add more water since they are used to watching their clothes slush around. I don't think my clothes have ever been so clean. It's not as user-friendly as I'd like but I'm learning.

Having a hard time connecting to ThinkQ thru WiFi. Door feels a little flimsy as well as the lint vent. It does its job well. If I forget and my clothes get wrinkled just sitting there once dry. Adding a few minutes manually straightens them out quickly. Nothing comes out twisted. Not until you open the door do you feel heat from the dryer. I didn't think the 2-way door would be a big deal but now I'm spoiled by it.

It's so well made it makes my TV feel flimsy when I move it around. It will take 2 people to install and you might want to hire a professional. BUT there are manufacture videos and a template to use on the wall and mark drill holes for accurate placement.
TIP: Before attaching TV to mount, move the mount around to work out the stiffness. Once the TV is attached it is harder to do this. Good luck!
